Betty Gill managed to get tenant for my unit at reasonably rate within 2 weeks during pandemic time, and also while the market is bad. During the pandemic, and in order to limit physical contact, Betty help us to coordinate with the tenant on the most of the matters. Betty will bring the tenant to the units, and discuss with us via phone on the contract matters. Betty also help us to attend all tenant request. Betty is a person that attentive to the details. She is impartial between landlord and tenant. She is very professional. Her fees and paperwork is very clear, with no hidden agenda. I highly recommended Betty to any property owner, buyer, or renter
